if you booked an appointment with us and can’t make it, letting us know with 24 hour notice or more helps to respect your stylists time.

if you must cancel less than 24 hours of your appointment there will be 50% charge of the service for which you were scheduled. This policy is strictly enforced. If you no show an appointment you must pay for the service missed. A no - show constitutes either being 15 minutes late or not arriving the day of your appointment.
